安曇野市の穂高駅から松本市の松本駅まで40㎞のサイクリング。穂高駅は、燕岳登山口である中房温泉へ向かうバスの発着点であり、夏には多くの登山客でにぎわいます。駅近くには立派な穂高神社があり、燕岳、常念岳、大天井岳、蝶が岳が大迫力で迫ります。穂高駅→穂高神社→大王わさび農場→安曇野スイス村→松本市アルプス公園→城山公園→浅間温泉→松本城→松本駅と回りました。
Cycling 40 km from Hotaka Station in Azumino City to Matsumoto Station in Matsumoto City. Hotaka Station is the departure and arrival point for buses heading to Nakabusa Onsen, the starting point for Mt. Tsubakuro. There is a splendid Hotaka Shrine near the station, and Mt. Tsubakuro, Mt. Jonen, Mt. Otenjo, and Mt. Hotaka Station → Hotaka Shrine → Daio Wasabi Farm → Azumino Swiss Village → Matsumoto City Alps Park → Shiroyama Park → Asama Onsen → Matsumoto Castle → Matsumoto Station.
穂高駅からすぐ近く、徒歩でも簡単に行ける場所に穂高神社があります。地域の規模に比べて立派な神社で、穂高山が信仰の山であることを感じさせられます。余談ですが、上高地の明神岳や明神池も神域になっております。穂高神社からかわいらしい外観の碌山美術館を通り、大王わさび農園に向かいます。大王わさび農園の景色、規模、色のコントラストは圧巻でした。
Hotaka Shrine is located very close to Hotaka Station and within easy walking distance. It is a splendid shrine compared to the scale of the area, and you can feel that Mt. Hotaka is a mountain of faith. As an aside, Mt. Myojin and Myojin Pond in Kamikochi are also sacred areas. From Hotaka Shrine, pass by the Rokuzan Museum of Art, which has a cute exterior, and head to the Daio Wasabi Farm. The scenery, scale, and color contrast of the Daio Wasabi Farm were overwhelming.
大王わさび農園から、安曇野スイス村へ。道の駅のようなところで、高速バスの発着場でもあります。スイス村からさらに南下して犀川を渡り、松本市へ。松本市アルプス公園、城山公園と回り、浅間温泉へ。
From Daio Wasabi Farm to Azumino Swiss Village. It's like a roadside station, and it's also a departure and arrival point for highway buses. Head further south from Swiss Village and cross the Sai River to Matsumoto City. Visit Matsumoto City Alps Park, Shiroyama Park, and head to Asama Onsen.
浅間温泉からは松本市街へ。定番の観光コースである、松本城周辺をポタリング。松本城、四柱神社、深志神社などを回り、松本駅へ。
From Asama Onsen to Matsumoto city. Pottering around Matsumoto Castle, a classic sightseeing course. After visiting Matsumoto Castle, Yohashira Shrine, and Fukashi Shrine, head to Matsumoto Station.
