小田急線の新松田駅から、御殿場線沿いに走り、最後は三島駅から戻るライド。途中、三保ダム（丹沢湖）により、御殿場アウトレットにより、神場山神社に寄った後、自衛隊の演習場を横切り、裾野をこえ、三島駅に至るルートです。
ダム湖、アウトレットモール、世界遺産の神社、富士山など目まぐるしく景色が変わるルートです。おおよそ、75ｋｍのコースで、最初は登りますが、全体的には下り基調のコースです。
The ride starts from Shin-Matsuda Station on the Odakyu Line, runs along the Gotemba Line, and ends at Mishima Station. On the way, you stop at Miho Dam (Lake Tanzawa), the Gotemba Outlet, and Kamibayama Shrine, then crosses a Self-Defense Force training ground, crosses the foothills, and reaches Mishima Station.
This route features rapidly changing scenery, including a dam lake, an outlet mall, a World Heritage shrine, and Mt. Fuji. The course is approximately 75km long, and although it starts off with some climbing, it is generally downhill.
新松田駅を出て、山北方面へ向かいます。谷峨駅を越えたところで、北に進路をとり、丹沢湖方面に向かいます。山の中を走る割には、大きな高低差はなく意外と順調に進みます。丹沢湖の手前で少し登りますが、結構あっけなく丹沢湖につきました。ロックフィルダムは迫力があります。
Leaving Shin-Matsuda Station, we head towards Yamakita. After passing Yaga Station, we head north towards Lake Tanzawa. Although we are driving through the mountains, there is not much elevation change and we make surprisingly good progress. We climb a little before Lake Tanzawa, but we arrive at Lake Tanzawa quite quickly. The rockfill dam is impressive.
丹沢湖から同じ道を南下して、御殿場方面に向かいます。有名なアウトレットがあるので、ちょっと寄り道をした後、国道469号線に向かいます。途中、神場山神社ということろの口コミ数が多かったので立ち寄りました。国道469号線に入り、自衛隊の演習場を横切ります。この辺りはススキが自生しているようで、なんだか急に景色も変わり、不思議な風景です。
From Lake Tanzawa, we head south on the same road towards Gotemba. There is a famous outlet, so we make a little detour and then head towards National Route 469. On the way, we stopped at Kamibayama Shrine, which had a lot of reviews. We enter National Route 469 and cross the Self-Defense Force training ground. It seems that Japanese silver grass grows wild in this area, and the scenery suddenly changes, creating a mysterious sight.
世界遺産に指定されている須山浅間神社にお参りした後は、御殿場線沿いに戻り、沼津方面にライドです。途中滝の案内があったので寄ってみましたが微妙でした。御殿場線は沼津駅に向かいますが、長泉町に入ると、三島駅の方が近かったので三島駅からのアウトを選びました。
After visiting Suyama Sengen Shrine, a designated World Heritage Site, we returned to the Gotemba Line and rode towards Numazu. There was a sign for a waterfall on the way, so we stopped by, but it was a bit disappointing. The Gotemba Line goes to Numazu Station, but when we entered Nagaizumi Town, Mishima Station was closer, so we chose to go out from Mishima Station.
