小淵沢駅をスタートし、近場の大滝神社、身曾岐神社にお参りをします。富士見町方面に進路を変えて、道の駅小淵沢で一休み。富士見町のカゴメ野菜生活ファームにより、原村の長圓寺に寄りました。諏訪湖エリアに入り、諏訪大社の全宮、本宮。諏訪湖東岸を回り、アニメの聖地立石公園に寄った後、諏訪大社秋宮、春宮を回り、岡谷方面から伊奈方面へアウト。小淵沢から富士見まではやや登りですが、その後は下り基調からのほぼ平坦という感じです。諏訪湖一周、通称スワイチで有名ですが、東側半分だけを走りました。人気のスワイチ、人気の理由がわかりました。
Starting from Kobuchizawa Station, we visited nearby Otaki Shrine and Misogi Shrine. We then changed course towards Fujimi Town and took a break at the Kobuchizawa Roadside Station. We passed Kagome Vegetable Life Farm in Fujimi Town and stopped at Choenji Temple in Hara Village. We entered the Lake Suwa area and visited the main shrine and main shrine of Suwa Taisha Shrine. We circled the eastern shore of Lake Suwa, visited Tateishi Park, a sacred place for anime, then visited the Akimiya and Harumiya shrines of Suwa Taisha Shrine, before heading out towards Okaya and Ina. There was a slight climb from Kobuchizawa to Fujimi, but after that it was mostly flat with mostly downhill sections. The route around Lake Suwa, commonly known as the Swai-chi, is famous, but we only rode the eastern half. Now we understand why the Swai-chi is so popular.
小淵沢駅を出て、少し東京方面に向かうと大滝神社があります。北杜市の白州エリアは南アルプスの天然水で有名ですが、このあたりだと八ヶ岳の水でしょうか。ワサビ田や、湧水地があり、気持ちのいい神社でした。大滝神社から北に向かうと身曾岐神社があります。荘厳で、立派な能楽殿がありました。身曾岐神社からは諏訪方面へ。途中の道の駅で一休みです。
Leaving Kobuchizawa Station, heading a little toward Tokyo, you'll find Otaki Shrine. The Hakushu area of Hokuto City is famous for its natural waters from the Southern Alps, but around here, it's probably the water from the Yatsugatake Mountains. There are wasabi fields and springs, making this a pleasant shrine. Heading north from Otaki Shrine is Misogi Shrine, with its majestic and magnificent Noh theater. From Misogi Shrine, head toward Suwa. Take a break at a roadside station along the way.
山梨県を後にし、長野県に入るとすぐ信濃境駅があります。富士見町にカゴメ野菜生活ファーム冨士見というのを見つけたので、寄ってみました。
Leaving Yamanashi Prefecture behind, I entered Nagano Prefecture and soon found Shinano Sakai Station. I found Kagome Vegetable Life Farm Fujimi in Fujimi Town, so I decided to drop in.
少し遠回りでしたが、八ヶ岳に近い原村に入り、もみじで有名な長圓寺に寄ってみました。紅葉には少し早すぎでした。
Although it was a bit of a detour, we entered Hara Village near the Yatsugatake Mountains and visited Choenji Temple, famous for its maple trees. It was a little too early for the autumn leaves to change color.
諏訪エリアに入り、まずは諏訪大社の前宮と、本宮にお参りです。
Entering the Suwa area, we first visit the Maemiya and Honmiya shrines of Suwa Taisha Shrine.
高島城と、立石公園にょり秋宮、春宮へ向かいます。諏訪湖周辺は、ちいさな公園や観光地が密集しており、自転車に乗って好きなところに気軽によれるのと、諏訪湖の外周のサイクリングロードがよく整備されているので、とても楽しいです。諏訪湖一周、スワイチが自転車乗りに人気の理由がわかりました。
We headed to Takashima Castle and Tateishi Park, then Akimiya and Harumiya. The area around Lake Suwa is densely packed with small parks and tourist spots, so it's great fun to be able to easily stop by wherever you like on your bike, and the cycling road around the lake is well-maintained. After cycling around Lake Suwa, I could see why the Swai-chi is so popular with cyclists.
After that, I took my bike on the train from Okaya Station via Akimiya and Harumiya.
