There are places in this world that don't blend in with the surroundings, or are left behind by the times, and make you feel like you're in a different world. Sojiji Temple in Yokohama City offers an enormous amount of green space in the middle of the city. When you're here, you'll feel a sense of spaciousness and greenery that makes it hard to believe you're in Yokohama. Kagetsuen Crossing is famous for its never-opening crossings, and it's a place that just never opens. Kokudo Station is a famous place, popular for its Showa retro feel, and the scenery without automatic ticket gates. After visiting these three otherworldly places, we took in the factory scenery at Kawasaki Port before returning home.
The starting point is JR Kawasaki Station. JR Tsurumi Station and Keikyu Kagetsu Sojiji Station are the closest stations, but the area is well-connected, so there's no need to transfer to get to the closest station.
Sojiji Temple is, in a word, huge.

We cross the Kagetsuen railroad crossing, famous for never opening, and head south towards Kokudo Station.
From Kokudo Station, I cycled along the Tsurumi Line and returned to Kawasaki Station.
