茨城県稲敷市にある大杉神社。田舎の水田しかないようなところになぜか口コミ2600を超える神社がありました。調べると「あんばさま」とか茨城の日光東照宮とか、いろんなことが描かれておりました。百聞は一見に如かずということで行ってみることにしました。
スタートは成田線の安食駅。最寄りは下総神崎駅ですが、安食駅から成田駅に向かい乗り換えるより、利根川サイクリングロードに乗った方が楽しいので、常磐線方面からくる場合は安食駅をお勧めします。
ルートとしては、安食駅から利根川サイクリングロードで神崎大橋まで走ります。橋の近くに地元の神社である、神崎神社があるのでお参りを済ませます。神崎大橋を渡り、北上すると大杉神社につきます。国道125号線（ワン・ツー・ファイブ）を北西に進み、小野川を渡り、霞ヶ浦サイクロードに乗ります。あとは、サイクリングロードを土浦駅まで爆走です。合計63㎞、所要時間３時間50分でした。
Osugi Shrine in Inashiki City, Ibaraki Prefecture. For some reason, there was a shrine with over 2,600 reviews in a rural area with only rice fields. When I looked it up, I found many things drawn there, such as "Anbasama" and Nikko Toshogu Shrine in Ibaraki. Seeing is believing, so I decided to go.
The start is Ajiki Station on the Narita Line. The nearest station is Shimousa Kosaki Station, but it is more fun to ride the Tone River Cycling Road than to head to Narita Station from Ajiki Station and change trains, so if you are coming from the Joban Line, I recommend Ajiki Station.
As for the route, ride from Ajiki Station to Kosaki Ohashi Bridge on the Tone River Cycling Road. There is a local shrine, Kosaki Shrine, near the bridge, so you can visit it. Cross the Kosaki Ohashi Bridge and head north to reach Osugi Shrine. Head northwest on National Route 125 (One Two Five), cross the Ono River, and get on the Kasumigaura Cycling Road. Then, race along the cycling road to Tsuchiura Station. The total distance was 63 km and took 3 hours and 50 minutes.
安食駅を出て神崎大橋まではほぼ利根川サイクリングロードで移動します。橋の近くに神崎神社があります。地元の氏神様的な神社で、かなり立派な神社でした。
神崎大橋を渡ると水田地帯になり、ひたすら北上します。国道125号線にぶつかりさらに北上すると、森の上の小高い丘にいきなり派手な神社が現れます。
After crossing the Kanzaki Ohashi Bridge, the road turns into rice paddy fields and heads north. After hitting Route 125 and heading north again, a flashy shrine suddenly appears on a small hill above the forest.
大杉神社を出て北西に国道125号線を進み、小野川を渡ると霞ヶ浦サイクリングロードに出るので。そこからは一気に土浦を目指します。
After leaving Osugi Shrine, head northwest on Route 125, cross the Onogawa River, and you'll reach the Lake Kasumigaura Cycling Road. From there, head straight for Tsuchiura.
