サイクルツーリズムに力を入れているエリアは結構増えてきましたが、十勝地方もその一つです。観光資源豊富な北海道ですが、帯広市を中心とした十勝地方というとほかのエリアと比べると知名度が今一つかもしれません。しかしながら、トカプチ400をはじめとして、サイクリングロードの整備は一番かもしれません。
帯広エリアのレンタルサイクルは充実しており、帯広駅前にあるバスターミナル「おびくる」では、ママチャリ、電動アシスト車、クロスバイク、ロードバイクと様々な自転車をレンタルできます。また、道の駅でもレンタルサイクルをやっているところが多く、場所によってはファットバイクなどなかなか借りられない自転車もあったりします。
自分はGIANTのクロスバイクを借り、中札内方面へ。帯広駅→真鍋庭園→紫竹ガーデン→六花亭アートヴィレッジ 中札内美術村→六花の森→幸福駅→愛国駅→帯広駅と回りました。走行距離は82㎞。移動時間3時間30分。経過時間は7時間15分でした。

There are plenty of bike rentals in the Obihiro area, and at the bus terminal "Obikuru" in front of Obihiro Station, you can rent a variety of bicycles, including mamacharis, electric-assisted bicycles, cross bikes, and road bikes. Also, there are many roadside stations that rent bicycles, and depending on the location, there are bicycles that are difficult to rent, such as fat bikes.
I borrowed a GIANT cross bike and headed towards Nakasatsunai. Obihiro Station → Manabe Garden → Shichiku Garden → Rokkatei Art Village Nakasatsunai Art Village → Rokka Forest → Kofuku Station → Aikoku Station → Obihiro Station. The mileage is 82km. Travel time 3 hours 30 minutes. Elapsed time was 7 hours and 15 minutes.

平均スピードは22㎞強というところです。ほぼ直線で、信号もほとんどないことを考えると、VISC EVOとほぼ同等かなという感じです。高度計はバグっていたようで、数値はおかしいですが、高度図を見る限りだと、帯広駅から中札内村まではゆっくりとしたのぼり、帰りはゆっくりしたくだりになります。

The altimeter seems to be buggy, so the numbers are strange, but looking at the altitude map, it seems that the climb from Obihiro Station to Nakasatsunai Village is slow, and the return is slow.
ラップタイムをみても、９番（45㎞）地点までは時速20㎞強ですが、10番から15番（50㎞～75㎞）地点は20㎞後半から30㎞くらいの速度で通過しております。やはり、登り基調の往路と下り基調の復路で差が出ております。最後スピードが落ちるのは町中に入ってきて信号待ちがあるからです。
Looking at the lap times, up to the 9th (45km) point, the speed is just over 20km/h, but from the 10th to the 15th (50km to 75km) point, the speed is around 20km to 30km. . After all, there is a difference between the outward trip of the uphill and the return trip of the downhill. The reason why the speed slows down at the end is because we are waiting for a traffic light when we enter the town.

おびりんのレンタルサイクル
借りた自転車（GIANT エスケープ？ ALTUS 3×8速）
真鍋ガーデンは帯広駅から5㎞くらいの距離にあります。十勝エリアの庭園としては最も帯広駅に近い庭園です。散策路がきれいに整備されており、北海道の森を楽しめるという感じでした。
Manabe Garden is about 5km away from Obihiro Station. It is the closest garden to Obihiro Station in the Tokachi area. The walking paths are well maintained, and I felt that I could enjoy the forests of Hokkaido.
紫竹ガーデンは帯広市中心部から約20㎞。牧畜の盛んな十勝の景色のど真ん中に’あるという感じです。また、知名度も高く観光バスツアーや外国人観光客もいました。
Shichiku Garden is about 20 km from the center of Obihiro City. It feels like you are in the middle of Tokachi, where livestock farming flourishes. In addition, there were sightseeing bus tours and foreign tourists because of its high profile.
六花亭アートヴィレッジ 中札内美術村はかなり洗練られた森です。森の中に小さな美術館があり、無料で入ることができます。北海道の田舎の村は結構さびれてしまい、寂しいところも多いのですが、中札内村はい小さいながらも、まちの整備が行き届いており、六花亭のすごさを感じます。
Rokkatei Art Village Nakasatsunai Art Village is quite a sophisticated forest. There is a small museum in the forest, and you can enter for free. Rural villages in Hokkaido are quite deserted and lonely in many places, but Nakasatsunai Village is small but well-maintained, and you can feel the greatness of Rokkatei.
六花の森は、六花亭の直売所もあります。訪れた庭園の中では最も広かったです。また、六花の森には美術館や、児童文学赤いサイロの歴史など、六花亭に関係のある展示があります。
Rokka no Mori also has a Rokkatei direct sales store. It was the largest of the gardens I visited. In addition, there are exhibits related to Rokkatei, such as the museum and the history of the children's literature red silo, in Rokka no Mori.
中札内村からの戻りに、国鉄広尾線の駅だった、幸福駅と、愛国駅に寄りました。特に幸福駅は縁起の良い名前で、人気が高いです。
On the way back from Nakasatsunai Village, I stopped by Kofuku Station and Aikoku Station, which were stations on the JNR Hiroo Line. Kofuku Station is especially popular because of its auspicious name.
