真夏の暑い日でも外房は涼しいはず！実際に勝浦市などは熱帯夜や真夏日が少ないようですが、今年は暑かった。
ルートとしては、電車の終着点である上総一ノ宮駅をスタート。上総の駅一宮である玉崎神社にお参りをし、東京オリンピックの会場でもあった釣ヶ埼海等に立ち寄ります。
途中いすみ市で、清水寺（清水観音）の寄り道をし、再度海岸へ。あとは、海岸先祖に走るナショナルサイクリングロード【太平洋自転車道】をベースに、御宿海岸、八幡岬、鵜原理想郷により鵜原駅からの戻りです。走行距離60㎞、走行時間は3時間50分でした。
Even on a hot summer day, the sotobo should be cool! In fact, Katsuura City and other cities seem to have fewer tropical nights and midsummer days, but this year it was hot.
The route starts from Kazusa Ichinomiya Station, which is the last stop on the train. We will visit Tamasaki Shrine, which is located at Kazusa Station Ichinomiya, and stop at Tsurigasaki Sea, which was the venue for the Tokyo Olympics.
On the way, we took a detour to see Kiyomizu-dera Temple (Kiyomizu Kannon) in Isumi City, and headed back to the coast. Afterwards, we will return from Ubara Station via Onjuku Kaigan, Cape Yahata, and Ubara Utopia, based on the National Cycling Road [Pacific Bicycle Route] that runs along the coast. The distance traveled was 60km, and the driving time was 3 hours and 50 minutes.
上総一ノ宮駅は、千葉方面からの外房線の始発駅になり、千葉方面からのアクセスは比較的良好です。上総一ノ宮駅は15両編成に対応しますが、それより南側は2から4両のローカル線となります。さて、上総一ノ宮駅は「一宮」の名を関する通り、一宮の神社があります。上総の国一の宮である玉前神社は歴史も由緒もある神社なので、お参りをしていきましょう。
玉前神社からは、外房の海に向かっ
て走り、海に出たら海岸線沿いをひたすら南へ。ナショナルサイクリングロードである、【太平洋自転車道】ですので、かなり快適に走りやすいです。東京オリンピックの会場でもあった釣ヶ崎海岸をはじめ、九十九里海岸を見ながらのサイクリングです。
Kazusa Ichinomiya Station is the city's departure and arrival station for the Sotobo Line from the Chiba area, and has relatively good access from the Chiba area. Kazusa-Ichinomiya Station accommodates 15-car trains, but the area south of there is a local line with 2 to 4 cars. As the name ``Ichinomiya'' suggests, Kazusa Ichinomiya Station is home to the Ichinomiya Shrine. Tamasaki Shrine, the No. 1 shrine in Kazusa, is a shrine with a rich history and venerable history, so let's go and visit it.
From Tamasaki Shrine, head towards the Sotobo sea.
Once you reach the sea, continue south along the coastline. The [Pacific Bicycle Route] is a national cycling road, so it's quite comfortable and easy to ride. Cycling while looking at the Kujukuri coast, including the Tsurigasaki coast, which was the venue for the Tokyo Olympics.
いすみ市に入り雀島、大東崎灯台にに寄った後、清水寺（清水観音）に寄りました。清水観音はサイクリングポイントの一つで空気入れなども用意してある、自転車のオアシス的な場所でした。
After entering Isumi City and stopping at Suzujima and Daitozaki Lighthouse, I stopped at Kiyomizu Temple (Kiyomizu Kannon). Shimizu Kannon is one of the cycling points, and it was like an oasis for bicycles, with air pumps available.
再度、海沿いに戻りいすみ市の中心である大原にある小浜神社に寄ります。海に突き抜けた高台にある、非常に景色の良い場所でした。その後、海にぬかって建てられた岩船地蔵尊を経由し、御宿海岸へ。
We will return to the coast again and stop at Obama Shrine in Ohara, the center of Isumi City. It was a place with a very beautiful view, located on a hill that penetrated into the sea. After that, we went to Onjuku coast via Iwafune Jizo statue, which was built in the sea.
御宿町を抜け勝浦市へ。八幡みさき公園と、鵜原理想郷へ寄りました。
Pass through Onjuku Town and head to Katsuura City. I stopped by Yahata Misaki Park and Ubara Ubara Utopia.
